Job Description
• Maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly workflow and reporting requirements and make recommendations for organizational and staff changes and/or upgrades. 
• Responsible for auditing, reviewing and either implementing or upgrading procedures consistent with company policies and operational requirements with an eye on continuous improvement. 
• Manage collections effort personally and through other personnel
• Develop and maintain metrics and reporting on AR status
• Manage vendor disbursement process personally and through other personnel
• Manage daily cash transfers between branches and corporate
• Liaison with insurance broker regarding casualty insurance program

Background Profile
• Bachelors’ degree in finance or business administration 
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
•  5+ years in a middle market operating company 
•  Collections experience required
• Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
