Our client has created a sophisticated social advertising network that revolutionizes how consumers communicate with their favorite businesses, both storefront and online. 

Our client is a funded startup in Boston, MA that is delivering the most exciting Web 2.0 advertising platform in the industry today. Candidate must have exceptional education, experience and quantifiable successes in the startup domain.

East Coast

Searching for a seasoned marketing executive experienced in startup environments to develop the marketing strategy for a social networking company that will fundamentally change the relationship between consumers and businesses.

Must have extensive experience launching new products and implicitly understand how to connect to retail/restaurant/hotel marketing executives, and target ad campaigns where those executives live.  

Experience Must include:
• Primary responsibility for development and successfully execution of a go-to-market strategy for either an internet or mobile software company.
• Development and execution of a user acquisition model for a new product introduction and must be able to quote numbers and ramp time
• Experience marketing software solutions to national restaurant and retail chains or Fortune 1000 consumer oriented companies 
• Complete understanding of SEO, viral techniques, direct ad buys, leveraging of social network
• Direct marketing, retailing and ecommerce experience
• Strong track record of launching new ventures & products in emerging markets

Delivering a national marketing strategy for a consumer relationship software portal to aforementioned corporations.
This will include: 
o Full ad campaign development and implementation
o Direct ad buys
o Viral and SEO marketing
o Speaking engagements
o Collateral development
o Events planning
o Execute strategic social media partnerships, to offer our solution to consumer centric businesses

Experience in two or more of the following markets is necessary:
• Social networking
• Loyalty/reward programs
• Deal or offer portals
• Advergaming 
• Local search
• Retail, restaurants mobile apps

In addition, the candidate should understand the sell cycle of software to large consumer (Big Box) retailers, hotel/restaurant chains, and mid-size franchises and be able to work with sales to forecast merchant acquisition rates.

They should be able to evangelizing the value proposition of an entirely new concept with enormous potential to change the relationship between consumers and business. It is important that they are well versed in tradeoffs between inventions, product innovation, and time to market. 

We are looking for a tier-1 marketing strategist; and based on their experience candidate must be able to quote success numbers and explain previous marketing strategies at a very detailed level. We will need an extensive and detailed plan developed in a short period of time.
