Matt founded The Everest Group in 1992 with a primary focus in Third Party Logistics, Ocean, Trucking, Rail/Intermodal, and Mass Retailers. He attended Niagara University and secured a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Logistics and Transportation, with a minor in International Freight Forwarding. His 20-year career began with a domestic Fortune 100 retail company, working in the Traffic and Distribution areas. He then spent four years with an international paper manufacturer, focusing on Inter-modal Transportation and Domestic International Ocean Distribution. The balance of his 20-year career incorporated various Distribution and Logistics Management positions throughout the United States, with a Fortune 150 direct selling consumer products company.
Dennis has focused on placing middle and senior level executives in many functional positions within the Supply Chain industry. His core Fortune 50 and 500 clients are a cross-section of durable and non-durable corporations. Third party asset and non-asset clients represent thirty-five percent of his client base. Prior to executive recruiting, he worked in middle and upper management in the hospitality and food service industry for small and multi-chain restaurants. His last twelve years in the hospitality and food service industry were in direct sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 company, developing mid-to-large scale accounts.
Anthony attended California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business. He started his career in the retail, computer sales, and office product procurement industries. For the past 13 years his focus has been on placing executives within supply chain, logistics, distribution, warehousing, transportation, IT, HR, sales/marketing, and regulatory affairs within the pharma/biotech, consumer products, third-party logistics, retail, nutritional/supplements, and cosmetics industries.
Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2007. She went to work for a small family business that specializes in various aspects of the trucking/transportation industry. Rachel worked across many levels of the trucking industry, including registration and IFTA tax reporting. She has had exposure to many regulatory divisions of the industry, including IRP, DOT, and insurance. Rachel assists the Managing Partners with projects and internet research, and she provides administrative assistance as needed.
Cristine graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She began her early career in the Banking Industry with a focus on developing relationships and offering customer solutions. Cristine supports the Principal and Managing Partners by developing and managing search plans, sourcing candidates, and performing internet research along with necessary administrative duties.
Support Staff
The Everest Group has a research team of 6 individuals with various industry experience. The research team supports the Project Manager as well as the Project/Research Coordinator.
