Dennis Teschler, Senior Director of National Accounts, has focused on placing middle and senior level executives in many functional positions within the Supply Chain industry. His core Fortune 50 and 500 clients are a cross-section of durable and non-durable corporations. Third party asset and non-asset clients represent thirty-five percent of his client base. Prior to executive recruiting, he worked in middle and upper management in the hospitality and food service industry for small and multi-chain restaurants. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Psychology from SUNY College at Buffalo. Kate began her career in Higher Education working in financial aid and as a student advisor. Victor Olivares, Project Coordinator, student at the University of La Verne, studying Business Administration. Where he began his career in the retail industry there he developed great customer relations and work ethics. He later transitioned over to Human Resources as an HR Assistant. There he gained the experience working with candidates and the Human Resources Manager on the hiring process. This process involved creating onboarding documents, setting up interviews, conducting interviews, running background checks, and going off site to locations to help assist with the onboarding process. He is looking to further his experience in the business field once after graduating in the Fall of 2018. Chau Trieu, Project Coordinator, graduated at California Polytechnic State University,Pomona with a bachelor of science in 2016. She graduated with a major in human resource management. Chau started out in the food/service industry where she had gain exceptional customer service, interpersonal, diplomatic, and conflict resolution skills. Thanks to a humble beginning and the skills she had acquired, she was able to transition into administrative duties/responsibilities. Chau became an executive assistant for an LED manufacturing company where she had to coordinate, plan, and execute many projects/events. Upon graduation with a major in human resource management, a new door of opportunities opened up for Chau. She started her new career as a human resource administrative assistant for a medical device/supply manufacturing company, and shortly after working for the medical device company, her diligence and willingness to on-take multiple task, had allow for her to attain the title of HR supervisor. She lead a team and coordinate with other departments to achieve goals/results in a timely manner. Thanks to her high level of focus on details, Chau is the type of individual to identify any problems and solve it with eased. Nadine Barranca, Project Coordinator, graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in 2018. She majored in communication. She started her career in administration, marketing, publicity, and human resources while working for an interior design company. Her prior experience has inspired her to further develop her administrative skills, and attention to detail. She supports The Principal, Managing Partners, and Project Managers by developing and managing search plans, sourcing candidates, and performing internet research along with necessary administrative duties.
